  Dr. Roshan or the Physician of your choice is available to communicate with you whenever you are in need. Members can connect with Dr. Roshan or your preferred Physician through a variety of modalities including phone, e-mail, text, and telemedicine. You will be able to connect with him/her in a way that is most convenient for you.
• Extended Office Visits
  Members can connect with your preferred Physician in the office, he/she will spend the time that you feel is needed to address your concerns.
• Same-day or Next-day Appointments
  You can schedule appointments to be seen quickly.
• Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Consultation(s)
  Many women are in need of consultation from a specialist because they have a medical history or condition and require the expertise of a specialist with experience managing complicated pregnancies with the best possible outcomes. Our physicians are all board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and have subspecialty board certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine. These doctors are clinical leaders who bring to every patient the benefits of the most advanced knowledge of obstetrical, medical, genetic and surgical complications of pregnancy and their impact on both the mother and fetus. Consultation(s) may be in-person or telemed.

  When you need care from other specialists, Rosh can facilitate Members with connectivity to a vast network of top providers.
• Telemedicine Access
  As a member of the Rosh Concierge Program, you can connect with Dr. Roshan through a private, sophisticated video system – which is often a more convenient alternative to an in-person office visit.
• A Focus on Wellness
  The membership model provides our Physicians a platform to offer you a more personalized approach to your preventive women’s health and overall wellbeing during your pregnancy. Members of the Rosh Concierge Program can also take advantage of a wide variety of wellness benefits. Focuses on preconception and prenatal genetic counseling: carrier screening, prenatal genetic screening and diagnostic testing. We provide information about the risks of chromosome abnormalities, birth defects, genetic conditions, and teratogen exposure to individuals, couples or families. We are committed to informing patients about potential genetic risks, enabling them to make informed decisions for a current or future pregnancy in a supportive and non-directive environment. This process assists patients in making the best choices for themselves in the framework of their personal and cultural beliefs.
• Health Coaching
  As part of the wellness benefit, members also have access to robust, customized health coaching programs. The diverse curriculum includes information and assistance on subjects such as nutrition, exercise, and other wellness topics.
• Nutrition Services
  The Rosh Concierge Program will arrange for you to have individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), general nutrition counseling, and meal-planning services. Our Registered Dietitians can help you to manage chronic conditions, reduce risks related to gestational diabetes or other prenatal complications, achieve and maintain appropriate weight gain during pregnancy. We will set up plans to help you lead a more healthful lifestyle.
• Dedicated Office Personnel
  Staff will be available at our offices to expedite check-in and check-out and to help coordinate the administrative aspects of your health needs.

• Postpartum Care
  Postpartum services allow the provider to check in with both the mother and her newborn to ensure full assessment of physical, social & psychological well-being including but not limited to: mood and emotional well-being of the mother; infant care and feeding support; sleep and fatigue; physical recovery from birth and especially with MFM patients chronic disease management & health maintenance for gestational related disorders such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders & obesity etc.
